After my graduation from Shandong University in 2001, I had worked for several Information Technology companies from 2001 to 2004. In that period, many fellows and I worked together in different projects. From those valuable work experiences, I harvested a lot in the aspects of work attitude, communication techniques, and teamwork spirits. To me and many other undergraduates, the transitiion from unviersity to work is full of difficults. Howerver, in this process, I overcome lots of troubles,
